Do you only work with travel brands?

No. While we have deep experience within travel and hospitality, we also work with lifestyle, wellness, and service-based businesses wanting stronger visibility and more strategic content.

Do I need to provide content and imagery?

Ideally, yes. Your own imagery, video, and behind-the-scenes content is always going to feel more authentic to your brand — and we'll guide you on exactly what's needed. That said, if you're short on assets, we can help source royalty-free imagery to fill the gaps. We'd just always rather it be yours.

Do you offer reels / video editing?

Light editing may be included depending on the package, but larger-scale video production or advanced editing may be quoted separately.

Is this full social media management?

Depending on the package, yes. Our higher-tier retainers include active management, engagement support, posting, optimisation, and strategy oversight.

How long is the commitment?

Three months minimum — but most of our clients stay much longer. Many have been with us for over a year, and they keep growing because consistency is the thing that actually moves the needle. Social media works on compounding: three months in, you'll feel the rhythm. Twelve months in, the brand is in a different category.
