Paper Planes Co. was born from a ton of honest conversations about life and business, and a shared belief that feeling stuck isnβt something anyone should have to accept as normal.
Co-founders Claire and Georgia first bonded over a shared love of Taylor Swift, but it quickly grew into something much deeper.
One of us was staring down a version of success that looked impressive on paper but left very little space for the life she actually wanted to live. The other had already stepped into entrepreneurship and could see what changed when people had the tools to build something on their own terms.
Paper Planes grew in the space between those two experiences, and from the belief that more people deserve access to that shift.
Those conversations became the foundation of Paper Planes. Different starting points, different skillsets, but a shared instinct that the right strategy can change not just how a business performs, but how it feels to run it.
We kept coming back to the same idea. The brands people canβt get enough of arenβt accidental. The kind of connection Taylor Swift has built didnβt happen by chance. Itβs intentional. Consistent. Built on a clear understanding of who you are and how you show up. That belief sits at the heart of Paper Planes.
We believe more people should have the tools to build businesses that take them where they actually want to go.
Founders, Claire and Georgia have worked with some of the worldβs biggest brands β including Expedia, PwC, Chanel, Gucci, and Amazon. But what drives them now is using that expertise to help others build and scale businesses on their own terms.
Paper Planes exists to give founders and small businesses the strategy, systems and support they need to build brands that donβt just grow, they take off.

Our Values
strength in DifferenceWe thrive on different skills, perspectives, and lived experiences. You donβt need to be the expert in everything. Delegate, fill the gaps, and fly higher together.
TALK IT THROUGHWe donβt let things fester. If somethingβs off, we talk about it directly, without making it personal. Problems get resolved here, not recycled.
PROGRESS OVER PERFECTIONWe take action, test quickly and scale what works. Weβd rather launch, learn, tweak & grow than overthink. Momentum beats hesitation every time.
NEVER BORINGWe bring the energy as well as big ambition to the table. We celebrate wins, dream loud and keep it fun.
RAISE THE BARWe set high standards, but never at the cost of empathy or inclusion. We hold each other accountable and lift each other up, because when one of us grows, we all do.
roll up your sleevesWeβre not afraid to get stuck in, but we never lose sight of the bigger picture. The detail keeps things moving, the vision keeps us on track.
With brand strategy, operational know-how and real support, we donβt just build businesses, we build legacies.
