Chapter Two — The honest truth

Referrals built your business. They won't build the next chapter.

You're good at what you do. The clients you have love you. The trips you plan are the kind people talk about at dinner parties. None of that is the problem.

The problem is the right clients — the ones who'd happily pay your fee, fly business, and refer their friends — are finding your Instagram, reading it for forty-five seconds, and choosing someone else. Not because they're better. Because their brand is clearer.

Your hotel is extraordinary. Your brand isn't behaving like it.

The property is beautiful. The service is precise. Guests who arrive leave promising to come back. None of that is the problem.

The problem is the right guest — the one who'd book the suite, stay four nights, and tell three friends — is reading your website, watching your Reels, scanning your reviews, and feeling unsure. Not because the brand is bad. Because it isn't doing the work the property already does. That's a fixable problem. That's this audit.

Chapter Three — This is for you if

You know something isn't working. You're just not sure what to fix first.

01

The enquiries you're getting aren't the ones you want — wrong fit, wrong budget, or simply not enough of them.

02

Your Instagram is inconsistent. You know it. You start strong, lose momentum, and aren't sure what to post anyway.

03

You can't articulate, in one clean sentence, what makes you different from every other advisor in your niche.

04

Your website exists. It isn't converting the way it should — and you're not sure whether it's the copy, the design, or both.

05

You're ready to invest in your brand. You want clarity on where to put the money before you commit it.

06

You want senior, honest feedback — not vague encouragement from people who don't know your industry.

The product is ready. The brand isn't behaving like it.

01

Bookings come from OTAs and referrals. Direct demand isn't yet what the property deserves — and you suspect the brand is the bottleneck.

02

Marketing has been outsourced piece by piece — agency for paid, freelancer for social, in-house for email — and the result reads like four different brands.

03

You can describe the experience in person beautifully. You cannot find that same voice on your website, your decks, or your channels.

04

The guest you actually want — the four-night, full-suite, referring-to-friends guest — isn't the one your marketing is currently attracting.

05

You're considering a rebrand or a relaunch. You want senior eyes on the diagnosis before you scope the work.

06

You want feedback from operators who've built brands at Amazon, Expedia, Gucci, and Chanel — not generic marketing advice.

Chapter Four — What you walk away with

Not a deck of maybes. A document you can act on by Friday.

No vague brand pillars. No personality moodboards. A precise read on what's working, what isn't, and what to fix first.

  1. 01 — Consultation

    A one-hour working session.

Live, on Zoom, with one of the founders. We've already reviewed your brand before you arrive. The hour is where we walk you through what we found, work through it together, and answer the questions you didn't know you had. Specific. Direct. No filler.

  2. 02 — Audit

A full review of how you're showing up.

Website, Instagram, email presence, positioning. We look at how your brand is read from the outside — by the client you actually want — and where the gap is between that and the work you do. The view from the seat next to theirs.

  3. 03 — Report

A written report in your inbox.

Delivered within five working days of the call. Editorial design, not slideware. Covers positioning, voice, visual identity, channels — and closes with the Three Things to Fix First. Three priorities, ranked. What to fix this week. What to fix this quarter. What to leave alone.

Chapter Five — How it works

Simple. Fast. Completely worth it.

From the day you book to the day the report lands. Roughly two weeks, start to finish.

Step 01

Book and pay.

Secure your audit below. You'll get an intake form and the link to schedule your call. Ten honest minutes.

Step 02

Schedule the call.

Pick the slot that suits you using the booking link. We meet on Zoom — one of the founders, no juniors.

Step 03

The consultation.

One hour. We've already reviewed your brand by the time we meet. The hour is the working session — findings, questions, direction.

Step 04

Your report lands.

Within five working days of the call, your full written report arrives in your inbox. Yours to keep, share, and act on.

Chapter Six — What others have said
"I'd been to two strategy days and paid for one rebrand before this. The audit was the first time anyone told me, plainly, what was actually broken — and what to do about it on Monday morning."

Chapter Seven — Book the audit

One audit. Two prices.
Sized to who you are.

Same depth. Same deliverables. Different starting points — because a solo advisor and a thirty-room boutique are not the same business.

Chapter Eight — Before you book

The questions we get asked most.

Why an hour and not longer?

Because the work happens before the call — we've already reviewed your brand by the time we meet. An hour is long enough to walk you through every finding, work through your questions, and agree on what to fix first. Anything that doesn't fit lives in the written report.

Why is the report not delivered live?

Because the best brand thinking happens with time, not pressure. An hour is enough to identify what's wrong and align on direction. Five days is what it takes to write you a document you'll still be referencing in twelve months.

What if I'm not ready to act on the recommendations?

Then you have them when you are. The audit is yours. There's no expectation you hire us afterwards — most clients implement the first round themselves. Some come back. Some don't. Both are fine.

Do I need the follow-up session?

Not at all. The audit is complete without it. The follow-up is for clients who've started implementing and want a second pair of eyes — questions that come up at week three, or a sticking point you want to talk through. Add it when you book, or any time after.

Do you offer refunds?

If we've reviewed your brand and held the call, the work is done — refunds don't apply. If you need to reschedule, we ask for forty-eight hours' notice and we'll find a new time. We're reasonable about life happening.

Can I bring a business partner or team to the call?

Yes. Up to three people. More than that and the call stops being a conversation and starts being a meeting. We'd rather it stays the former.

The brand stays consistent. The work compounds. The right clients find you.
